I have traveled to Togo three times over the last 8 years. On each occasion I have met THE YCDP's Co-founder in the country. He’s been instrumental in the success of our medical missions trips we have taken to Togo. An engaging man, helpful and highly personable. It’s been a joy to work with him and I endorse him to you as a wonderful honest, ethical, and hardworking business leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and a giving heart. 

I volunteered with THE YCDP through the Experteers program of MovingWords. I really had a great experience and the opportunity to use my expertise, learn new skills, and know more about Togo, its culture and its people. From the beginning our project leader was very welcoming and he explained and shared with me the history of the organisation, the current projects and the vision for future plans; this made it easier to focus my knowledge, time and energy in order to maximise my contribution. The best part of volunteering with THE YCPD is having first hand experience really changing someone’s life! I would recommend volunteering with THE YCPD to anyone who wants to do work that transforms lives and work for the Development and Peace in Togo! 

THE YCDP is on the journey to change the world and is fighting poverty. I had an opportunity to volunteer at THE YCDP for 3 months in 2022. I was responsible for fundraising strategy and involved in business plan creation for a social enterprise. The Co-founder of THE YCDP and the Team were amazing! I have never seen such a dedicated person and always true to his beliefs. It was truly an honour to have worked at THE YCDP. 

I had an opportunity to work with THE YCDP and am very glad I did! Not only does the organization have the incredibly honorable mission of eradicating poverty, but Like has an incredible vision for achieving this mission! I look forward to seeing the impact THE YCDP will have on generations to come!  

THE YCDP is on a mission! To eradicate poverty and change the lives of young people in Togo! In giving them the tools to take charge of their own lives and make a difference in their community, THE YCDP’s concept and goal is more than worthy of everyone’s support! After establishing contact via “Moving Worlds”, I participated in a 12 week volunteer program. Working with the founders and the team was an amazing experience! Their dedication, spirit and ethics are truly inspiring! So much so, that I felt compelled to continue working with them indefinitely. I will continue to help in any way and as long as I can! I can only recommend THE YCDP to anyone looking to help and contribute to a wonderful cause! Our world truly needs more like minded people and organizations to make our world a better place! 

I've met the Co-founder of THE YCDP in 2019 when I was in Togo. We have discussed the projects to come and what THE YCDP wants to accomplish. The first steps were taken then with great motivation and passion. I'd like to encourage people to get involved so these projects can have a great impact on people's lives. 

We were hosted for 5 weeks in 2017 by the Co-founder of THE YCDP. We helped in the development of THE YCDP. We met many project leaders in Lomé and surroundings, with sustainable development as main theme. This mission was also rich in discoveries of the local culture from inside. THE YCDP was a great host. We feel at home in Togo. THE YCDP needs you to continue its work for development and peace in Togo.
