This  Agreement (the “Agreement”) between THE YCDP and YOU (the “user or visitor of this website”) who agrees to be bound by this Agreement, states the terms and conditions that govern the use of this website. By using this website, YOU accept the terms of this agreement and accept to be bound by Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service which YOU can read at this URL https://policies.google.com/ or wherever it would be moved to.

2. Who we are

In this policy, THE YCDP Ireland, THE YCDP Canada and THE YCDP Togo (referred to as “THE YCDP” or the “Entities”) refers to the nonprofit organization as registered in their respective country as it follows.

THE YCDP Ireland is the registered short common name of  THE YOUTH CENTRE FOR DEVELOPMENT AND PEACE IRELAND (THE YCDP IRELAND) Company Limited by Guarantee, registered with the CRO under the number 728808 in the Republic of Ireland. It has its registered office in Dublin.

THE YCDP Canada is a federal non-for-profit corporation registered with Corporation Canada under the number 1410907-4 in Canada. His registered office is situated in British Columbia.

THE YCDP Togo is the English version name of CJDP a nonprofit organization registered under the number 0687 with Ministère de l’Administration Territoriale, de la Décentralisation et du Développement des Territoires (Ministry of Territorial Administration, Decentralization and Development of Territories). It has its Office in Hedzranawoe, P/Golfe 2.

Our website address is: https://www.theycdp.org. This website address is a community website URL according to the agreement between the Entities, where events occurring in the life of THE YCDP are shared with the public and the stakeholders.

3. Comments

4. Contact Form, Newsletter and Donation

When visitors send message or subscribe to newsletter on the site we doesn’t collect the data in the contact form and don’t store the data on this website, instead the data is sent to third-parties website or to our organisational accounts that enable the messaging or newsletter services to operate or that enable us to deliver the requested services. Same for donation, the donation buttons send you to the authorized website were you can donate safely.

5. Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Currently you cannot upload any media on this website.

6. Cookies

If you leave a comment, leave your information or sign in to a services on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment or information. These cookies will last for one year.

When you send a message through the contact form, subscribe to our Newsletter or click the donation buttons, your data are sent to our organisational accounts or to third-parties website that provide or enable the services to operate or that enable us to deliver the requested services.

9. How long we retain your data

This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Your interactions with our website and your messages may be checked through an automated spam detection services and/or safety services.

For any legal affairs arisen regarding THE YCDP and its website, the matters will be dealt with under the law and regulations of the country where THE YCDP is registered.
